We would like to introduce ourselves, we are Roelof Pos and Kees  Jan van Ekris, both specialized and qualified chef/cook, and together we have more than 60 years of experience as chef, party planner and caterer.

Roelof is specialized in organizing both small and big external and internal events. He is for over 30-years caterer of the biggest yacht club in the Netherlands. Because of this he is able to make the guest a perfect offer with a great price quality ratio for the party.

Kees Jan is an experienced cooking/manager in upper-scale restaurants. He was a chef at John Halvemaan – Amsterdam, restaurant De Nederlanden – Vreeland and he was the owner of De Uitdaging and No.33 – Hilversum, which earned a bib-Gourmand (a small Michelin ster).
Besides this Kees-Jan gained working experience abroad in Asia and in the Caribbean, he loves to combine these tastes to create a sensational food experience for the guest.
